What is Somatic Therapy? Somatic Therapy highlights how the body holds and expresses experiences and emotions. Traumatic events or unresolved emotional issues can become ‘trapped’ inside a person’s body, which is addressed with Somatic release techniques.

So what is HPSR Therapy? HPSR Therapy is a transformative approach that combines Somatic release techniques with a deep exploration of the physical habits we unconsciously develop over time. These ingrained movement patterns and postures often reflect deeper emotional holding and contribute directly to chronic pain, tension, and unresolved trauma.

At the core of HPSR is the belief that the body holds a story — one shaped by experiences, stress responses, and survival strategies. By bringing awareness to these habitual physiological patterns, HPSR empowers individuals to interrupt and reprogram the automatic responses that no longer serve them. Through guided somatic practices and education, clients learn to release trapped emotions, regulate their nervous system, and re-establish a more harmonious mind-body connection.

Sessions will last 1 hour Cost £40 per session or 4 sessions for £150
